You welcomed me into your famiy 23 years ago, you loved me as your own. I loved you as my second Mum. I cry for the lady you were before the Azheimers took a hold. I was so proud to finish the cross stitch family tree you started. Thank you for Michael (Alex 😉), he is my soul mate and the best father to Jamie and Abbie. Thank you for teaching him how to cook! You will be always in my heart Pat/Mum I love you. Rest in peace, i like to think Nan has found you and you are knitting together in a sunny garden filled with beautiful flowers. Xxx
